· Four (4) attempts at various times and days (evening, Saturday, morning, other)

· Inquiries made with neighbors or leasing staff if applicable

· Record searches for vehicle plates observed at the address (no additional charge)

· No fees for needed affidavits

· Email alerts so you can track progress
